Where an engagement is terminated before completion, fees are charged on a pro-rata basis for work completed up to the date of termination. Advance payments in excess of work completed will be refunded within 30 days. No refund is available for fully completed services.

Either party may terminate the engagement with reasonable written notice. Lumencraft may withdraw from a matter where continuing would conflict with professional obligations, or where the client fails to meet their responsibilities under this agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees incurred to the date of termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to mediation or the courts of Malaysia as appropriate, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
